Yum Update

FC6, There is only one rpm package installed, rpm-4.4.2-32

1. Running yum update.

2. Transaction Check Error:
  file /usr/lib/rpm/macros from install of rpm-4.4.2-33.fc6 conflicts 
with file from package rpm-4.4.2-32
  file /usr/lib/rpm/noarch-linux/macros from install of rpm-4.4.2-33.fc6 
conflicts with file from package rpm-4.4.2-32

3. There is a kmod-nvidia.x86_64 0:1.0.9755-2.2.6.20_1.2948.fc6, AND 
,kernel- devel-x86_64 = 2.6.20-1.2948.fc6, that is avaiable for update 
in repo's.
But there is NO kernel-x86_64 = 2.6.20-1.2948.fc6 available for update 
in repo's

4. There seems to be problems with having files atrpms.repo and 
freshrpms.repo in folder /etc/yum.repos.d , when running yum updates.

What gives ??
