postfix problem with talktalk?

Hello,

I use my server to send mails to my googlemail account, containing various
bits of info this works great using postfix.

Problem is I am trying to do the same for my brother and do not know why it
is not working.

When sending mails I get the following error and the mail is not sent:

On my server I get:

He is using my main.cf file so the only thing I can think of is talktalk
block the mails from being sent.

How do I fix this so I can send mails to his email account?
