I noticed the smolt server being incredibly slow a day or so ago, and
someone else had noted how a firewall had got in the way of them
submitting data to it.  That's just a couple of potential reasons.

Using FC 4, 5, 6 & 7, plus CentOS 5.  Today, it's FC7.
