Ideally, the default font on UTF-8 compatible systems would have all
the glyphs of all the languages: something that is not practical for
most users and many computers with limited memory. A few "universal"
fonts that do have thousands of glyphs have been released, but in my
opinion the best looking font for English and any one other language
is often Tahoma.
