FC6 - Xeon DP crashes

 The server resets, no kernel panic, no oops,
 nothing but a reset.  I have *.debug in syslog, and see no errors in
 syslog or in dmesg.

Sorry, you lost me.  What do you mean by "backup power log?"  If acpi and
apic daemons log to syslog wouldn't any power problems be reported there?

By backup power, do you mean the EPS12 +8pin 12v power rail?
