Cannot mount hard disk

Dear All,

I am having the following problem with mounting /dev/sdc2:

# mount /dev/sdc2
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sdc2,
       missing codepage or other error
       In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
       dmesg | tail  or so

#  dmesg | tail
/dev/vmnet: open called by PID 18783 (vmnet-netifup)
/dev/vmnet: port on hub 8 successfully opened
/dev/vmnet: open called by PID 18805 (vmnet-dhcpd)
/dev/vmnet: port on hub 8 successfully opened
/dev/vmnet: open called by PID 18806 (vmnet-dhcpd)
/dev/vmnet: port on hub 1 successfully opened
vmnet8: no IPv6 routers present
vmnet1: no IPv6 routers present
EXT3-fs error (device sdc2): ext3_check_descriptors: Inode table for
group 291 not in group (block 1082228738)!
EXT3-fs: group descriptors corrupted!

Yesterday, I could mount it with no problem.

Any ideas?
