Howto share a port USB (if possible)

Hi, a strange question....

It's possible to share (and if yes howto?) a USB port via network from a
host to another host?

I have notice which on Win there are some application which do tis job,
for example: https://www.intellidriver.com/products.2.16_Demo.html

There is on linux some application They do this work ?
