How best get rid of SELinux?

You are welcome to that opinion. I doubt others agree but that is not the 
problem.

The issue is, do you seriously think that your opinion of SELinux, based on 
FC1, has any bearing what so ever on the current state of SElinux. Its like 
saying all cars now are rubbish, because the ford model T was a bit of a 
handful...
