So for case A) rsyslog & syslog-ng, the above document indicates that those 
two packages are an "Implicit Conflict" and both should mark the other as a 
conflict, as at least I see no way they can safely inhabit and run on the same 
system. The only users who would not want them to conflict are the developers 
who are trying to compare them, i.e., folks who know how to manipulate a spec 
file. It seems that the syslog-ng maintainer has noticed, but the rsyslog 
maintainer has not, yet.

case B) ccid|ifd-egate & ctapi-cyberjack-pcsc, I am not sure about... they 
SHOULD work together, I have never seen an ifd-handler besides the cyberjack 
cause those problems.
