automount and autorun SOLVED

cat /etc/udev/rules.d/81-programs-local.rules
ACTION=="add", KERNEL=="sdb1", SUBSYSTEM=="block", RUN+="/root/usbpen"

the key is to use the RUN option to autoRUN a script when usben is mounted
