Stripes on screen after installing Fedora

boot up using the 'a' and '3' commands.
then login as root
then execute the commands
rpm -ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-9.rpm
yum install kmod-nvidia
that should get the livna version of the nvidia drivers installed and a
reboot should automatically configure the display
