Any hope of KDE 3.5 in F10?

Look closer, I'll be pleasantly surprised if those "most major distros" didn't do it as I described (allowing for parallel-installability).   I listened in on some of their ml/irc discussions, but perhaps they chose to implement it differently since then.  *shrug*.
