quicker updates - use presto

It works like a bloomin' charm with yum, especially via modem connect. I
think it's great and a huge THANK YOU! to all involved creating it! I
truly hope that presto can come to be used to update the repo data as
well, which hugely slows down retrieving just a file. I hope you please
undertake that. You will have my undying gratitude all over again! Ric
