Idioms tend not to lend themselves to ease of translation. Your
translation akin to "F***ing tired of this" would probably be what I'd
translate it to, also. 

I believe that a Fedora Ambassador is one who consistently is truthful
and respectful of our community, and who shares these attitudes with
others in the demonstration of our community's benefits and functions.
Unfortunately, one of the whole premises of this community is the
fundamental idea...no, *philosophy*-that F/OSS is inherently superior if
only because the user is foremostly in control, and _not_ necessarily
being profitable as his complaint mentions.

That said, however, everyone needs a source of income to survive in the
modern world; and jobs with proprietary software firms often have more
accommodations or benefits (at least from the job searches I've done)
than similar work with Free/Open-Source software.

I wish that he hadn't used such obscene language to express his
frustration; but no one is perfect, and only if his behavior continues
in such a manner would I feel he no longer deserves his Ambassadorship.

al Inglés de «F***ing tired of this» es probablemente la que yo haría
tambien.

Creo que un Embajador de Fedora es alguien quien constantemente se diga
la verdad con todo respeto a nuestra comunidad, y comparta estas
actitudes con la gente por demonstrar los beneficios y las funciones de
ella. Desafortunadamente, una de las premisas más importante de esta
comunidad es la idea...no, *filosofía* fundamental que Software Libre o
de Código Abierto es superior intrínsecamente sino solamente que le da
todo el control al usuario, tal vez en vez de beneficiarse o ganarse
dinero del software. 

Sin embargo, toda la gente se necesita ingreso para sobrevivir en este
mundo, y los trabajos con compañías de software propietario (de los que
yo he buscado) frecuentemente tiene más ventajas o paga más dinero del
mismo trabajo con Software Libre/Código Abierto. 

Deseo que no hubiera usado esa frase tan ruda; pero todos tienen sus
imperfecciones, y creo que no merecería ser Embajador solo si él se
continue con este comportamiento.
