Where's the print que

Well, you'll be happy but confused as I am but upon rebooting the 
system, all of the print que viewing links are now working although I 
didn't change anything on my system.  I've used, printed and rebooted 
the system about a 100 times and suddenly it's working....  "They're 
coming to take me away, ha, ha!"
