csh/tcsh prompts under Fedora 9

It seems you've found a bug in the current /etc/csh.cshrc -- it uses
"%u" in the default prompt, but that's not a defined format sequence for
tcsh.  Please open a bug report in bugzilla so that it's not forgotten.
