Can you please be more explicit? How's it "spartan"? What exactly is missing? 
I'll admit I haven't tested it much yet (I haven't upgraded my system to F9 
yet, I've only done some testing with live CDs and with the live images in 
QEMU), but when I did, I didn't notice anything missing.
