printers go away after each reboot

I'm running SE Linux in permissive mode.


rpm -V cups shows me this:

S.5....T  c /etc/cups/classes.conf
S.5....T  c /etc/cups/printers.conf
SM5....T  c /etc/cups/subscriptions.conf
