FC9 without password for special user ( guest user )

Dear ALL,

Mine is FC9,

After change the /etc/passwd from :

bb:x:502:502::/home/bb:/bin/bash

to:

bb::502:502::/home/bb:/bin/bash

BUT the test result as the following :
login as: bb
bb at 192.168.1.254's password:

So, how can we disable the password request of BB user ?
