Yea, the sensor values are almost always wacky. None of the board
manufacturers actually document how they have the sensor chips
hooked up, so the defaults are always sort of guesses based on
dribs and drabs of info folks have managed to collect about
how any given sensor chip is typically used on a motherboard.

My sata disks seems to run around 39-42C which is actually
higher that those if you do the conversion, so the disk temps
look OK.
