preupgrade ate my F10 system

In a significant number of cases, 'yum-complete-transaction' will
finish the upgrade for you.  I agree this is not a good result, and we
*really* want preupgrade to improve for everyone, so if you can file a
bug that includes the appropriate logs, it would be much appreciated.
