Using Bugzilla ??

That takes care of the getting copies of my own changes.  I may be
mis-remembering, but didn't the mailing of all changes made by the user
be the default?

Now, if only I can get the 'New Report' working correctly.
And, ALL my bugs listed in 'My Front Page'.
