If you have 4 slots, and obviously you do, it might be educational to set 
them so that each 'bank' contains a 1/2 gig and a 1/4 gig memory stick.  In 
the same order.  However I note one set is DDRII and the other is DDR, so it 
may be that the bios cannot deal with both types, switching timings at the 
boundary.  That might be asking for more from the bios and the hardware than 
it can do.
