KDE overrides gnome?

Yeah. I meant dolphin. But I cannot find that wrench symbol... 
Is there any explanation for that order? Is this some kind of
freedesktop.org stuff?

Well, that is the problem:

[choeger at choeger5 ~]$ LANG=en_US.UTF8 rpm -q PolicyKit-kde
package PolicyKit-kde is not installed

so, posting
