iptables not opening ports

you can't expect a bug report about firewall rules created by webmin to
be considered a fedora problem.

Open a terminal and type...

sudo iptables -L

and you will see the current rules. 

But if you want help with using webmin to create firewallrules, you
should post to the webmin mail list...
