Router in Fedora. Alternative to Mikrotik

A Google on "Linux+QOS" turns up a lot of HOWTO information, that may have what 
you want. I don't know of any graphical tool, but I rarely use or want such an 
interface, so that doesn't mean there isn't a solution available.
