cannot recompile VirtualBox driver module after recent kernel update

$ rpm -qa | grep kernel
kernel-2.6.32.10-90.fc12.x86_64
kernel-2.6.32.9-70.fc12.x86_64
kernel-firmware-2.6.32.10-90.fc12.noarch
abrt-addon-kerneloops-1.0.8-2.fc12.x86_64
kernel-headers-2.6.32.10-90.fc12.x86_64
kernel-devel-2.6.32.10-90.fc12.x86_64
kernel-devel-2.6.32.9-70.fc12.x86_64

it says

sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
Stopping VirtualBox kernel module [ OK ]
Recompiling VirtualBox kernel module [FAILED]
(Look at /var/log/vbox-install.log to find out what went wrong)

vbox-install.log is attached

anybody else is seeing this? Is there a cure?

I'm running F12 x86_64, should this matter.

/The nice thing about standards is that there are so many to choose from./
