What did you use to do the upgrade?  If it was "old" installation media,
the site name may have changed for certain repositories (from redhat.com
to fedoraproject.org).  If you used pre-upgrade, or a release from
FedoraUnity, you should instead have the latest information.

I'd double check the pathname in the URL configured in your .repo file
to be good, and change it if its not (or use the mirrors).
