Packagekit bug icon not disappearing in F11!

I got a chance to have a little look and I was set up to do the update check
daily but never to do any updates.   So I updated some of the packets using yum
and then packagekit updated the icon in line with what I'd done.

Then I changed the update check to hourly and updated, again using yum, the rest
of the packages and it cleared the icon as expected.

I guess as you're getting the icon you must have the packagekit daemon running
properly so I'm not sure where to look next.
