recent network breakage on f12?

there is a networkmanager bug (I do not have the id handy, sorry). My
mobile broadband connection also stopped working after the upgrade.
This solved it:

yum downgrade NetworkManager
yum downgrade NetworkManager-gnome
yum downgrade NetworkManager-gnome NetworkManager
yum downgrade NetworkManager-gnome NetworkManager NetworkManager-glib

Apparently there is a fix in the testing repository, but I am now
avoiding any updates, I have stuff to do :)
