Epiphany slow to load some sites ?!? -- Repost

I've found that disabling javascript often results in considerably
quicker performance at many sites, with the additional benefit that
much of the visual garbage never gets to the screen. I've never used
Epiphany -- just Firefox and Konqueror -- but it might be worth a try.
