GPM usage during system installation?

Hi,

If installing fedora, it would be very helpful in some situations
(producing bug reports,...) if I could use GPM for copying the contents
of console windows -otherwise a painful typing for collecting text is
needed-. But I miss such a feature, especially if no camera is available.

Somebody has a solution for this problem?
