Floppy on fc12 could not find

This is due to a decision the kernel team made to balance easy floppy use
for old hardware and broken bios that cause long delays when checking
for floppy drives that aren't there. Kyle had an idea how to make something
that would be better in most cases, but I don't think he has had a chance to
implement it yet.

Putting the modprobe floppy in rc.local I think will work as a work around.
