Missing Codec in Fedora 13

For Fedora 12 and 13:
Install them with the very long command:

sudo yum localinstall --nogpgcheck 
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm 
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm

For Fedora Rawhide and what will become Fedora 14 (Alpha, Beta and 
snapshots):

sudo yum localinstall --nogpgcheck 
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-rawhide.noarch.rpm 
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-rawhide.noarch.rpm


Each sudo command is all one line, so do  not break it up
