change: /etc/gdm/custom.conf
There are at least two methods for auto-login using GDM, with one
difference being a 'wait' to allow some other action before the login.
http://projects.gnome.org/gdm/docs/2.14/configuration.html
The first option -- no wait, is the AutomaticLoginEnable/AutomaticLogin
pair.
The second option, with wait, is the:
TimedLoginEnable/TimedLogin/TimedLoginDelay triplet.
Good luck!
