Messages disappeared from Thunderbird

I've already recovered the mails using Thunderbird-Reset-Status  and
installed ConfirmBeforeDelete addon  to lessen the chances of it
happening again.. although I still have a suspicion that it might, since
I know I didn't press Shift+Del
