How do I set up DHCP in order to upgrade the software on my router?

That's better, in the now one BOOTREQUEST gets answered with one
BOOTREPLY.
But then NetworkManager resets the ethernet port, and we go round and
round (very slowly).
Eventually I had to reset the router.
I think i will have to buy a new one.
