This is default video port - 4321.
As far as I can see from this:

Unauthorized
you could also try
vlc mms://192.168.1.51:4321 <http://192.168.1.51/>
or
vlc mms://192.168.1.51:4321/streamname <http://192.168.1.51/>
But I am not sure about authorization options, so you better read user's
manual, it's not that big.
