ssh and http proxy

Hi list
I have a problem with ssh and the proxy (http).

I have followed all the steps of this link


http://www.mtu.net/~engstrom/ssh-proxy.php

but when I try to ssh my server, I get this

[adel at localhost ~]$ !ss
ssh -D 8080 safi at navajo.imag.fr
Proxy could not open connnection to navajo.imag.fr:  Unauthorized
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

can you help plz
