basically you have an usb_modeswitch for your dongle.
This is mine for an Huawei 1692 dongle.

I have not found a standard conf file for your dongle, so I suggest to 
join the forum at http://www.draisberghof.de/usb_modeswitch/ in order to 
get a conf file.
