Anyone know how to rsync or ssh to an ftp site? (Follow on to Tar Oddity)

But if you have to read the destination you transferring the entire file
(in the wrong direction) and then the diff too.

Not an advantage, unless you are in a strongly asymmetric bandwidth
scenario... (DSL)
