KVM Windows para-virtualized drivers?

Hi,

I'm trying to install the para-virt drivers for Windows 7, according
to these directions:

However, the virtio-win package apparently doesn't exist, and I'm
unable to find any similar "virtio" package available. Is there a
correct package name or more accurate instructions on how to do this?
