HELP! Installed some rawhide packages and now system will not boot!

ps: is it missing a dracut built /boot/initramfs.xxxx.img for the kernel
version you are trying to run ?

That can be solved by ensuring you have an older kernel installed and
running, and uninstall / reinstall the current kernel.
