Unexplained temporary freezes in Thunderbird Fedora 13

what happens if you run 'thunderbird -safe-mode' from command line?

did you disable 'auto sort' and other 'auto *'?

if reported as above, and indicated at

32 bit will be only answer to get enigmail under 3.1x versions.


Nataraj pointed out some good suggestions for trouble shooting. did you
try them?


in addition, please excuse my delay in replying to your post.

i had problems with smtp.att.yahoo.com server accepting emails. after 6+
hours with att support and after 10 reboots, for some unknown reason it
started working.
