I don't know about the Fedora repos, but when I went to sourceforge and
did a search on point of sale, there were many hits, though some were
extraneous.

You might find one that meets your needs, and then see if it is
packaged for fedora.  If not, it might have a source RPM you could
build or you could build it directly from the tar ball.
