Not to mention those who can't seem to find the Shift key ("i have this
problem ..."), those who think that the query mark is optional when
asking a direct question, etc. etc. Many people here are not native
English speakers and one makes allowances, but the sad thing is that the
most egregious offenders often *are* native English speakers to judge
from their colloquial use of language.
