I'm using a -large- number of x86_64 machine ranging from netbooks with
ION nVidia chipset to mutli-core/multi-socket workstations with Quadro
and GTX2xx nVidia cards, with no such issues.
Further more, most of them using the RPMFusion nVidia RPMs (CentOS /
RHEL machine are using the native binary driver directly) and all of
them have SELinux enabled. (Minus allow_execstack on F12 machines).

By looking at your report, you seem to have some kind of issue with
either:
A. Broken driver installation.
B. nVidia driver bug.

I'd suggest to post a message in nvnews [1] support forum (Notice the
sticky message about filing bugs). Maybe someone can help you there.
