you can do one thing ..... you need to ad the rpmfusion repository for 
FC 12 ( follow the steps as under )

download rpmfusion free repository (rpm) from following link[1] and 
install it

[1] 
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm

download rpmfusion non-free repository (rpm) from following link[2] and 
install it

[2] 
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm

install the driver for your wlan ... run following command

su -c 'yum install broadcom-wl'

and see the result
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

for graphics card please post the output of the following[3] command

[3] lspci
