[F13] Evolution / IMAP - SendReceive doesn't work

I'm using Evolution on F13 connecting to a secure IMAP server (dovecot).  Hitting Send/Receive does not bring in new messages.  But if I close evolution and immediately re-open, I'll see all of my new messages.
