Fedora 13, Nvidia drivers, and RHEL

Everything in RHEL5 is light years behind - kernel version, xorg version, etc.
RHEL6 (coming sometime maybe soon) is supposed to be based on something
a lot like fedora 12/13, so it will have a chance to be equally broken
with respect to video (or maybe they will keep delaying RHEL6 till
video is back to "normal").
